To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We do not accept returns on:
Opened or used maintenance items (e.g., key cleaners, polish, cloths)
Digital content or downloads
Gift cards
Items marked as Final Sale
Custom or special-order products
To initiate a return, email returns@pianoshopstore.com with:
Your order number
Reason for the return
A photo of the item (if applicable)
We will respond with instructions and a return shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error or defective product).
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send a photo of the damaged item and packaging to support@pianoshopstore.com
We will issue a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
If you haven’t received your refund:
First, check your bank or credit card account
Contact your payment provider—it may take a few business days to post
